Return Policy
At this time we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns on any of our apparel. All items are thoroughly inspected before being prepared for a shipment. ALL items are final sale.
Please email us first within 3 days of a delivered package if there is a problem with any eyelash items. Items returned to our warehouse without proper arrangements will not be accepted for an exchange. At this time the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping cost. .
Shipping Policy
NO REFUNDS!
We ask that you keep your billing and shipping address the same. All orders will be processed in the order it was received and will arrive within 4-7 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, an incorrect address, or unclaimed/refused packages after the products have been shipped through USPS.
How long is processing and shipping?
Processing takes about 2 business days before your order is shipped out. Online orders ship out daily Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
When will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order is fulfilled and prepared for shipment, then you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped through USPS and tracking information is updated every 24 hours.
